I’m Adrian Chang, a Director of Engineering with over 16 years of experience building scalable SaaS platforms and leading high-performing engineering teams. My expertise spans backend development, platform architecture, and cross-functional collaboration, though I’ve also worn many hats as a mobile, front-end, data, and ML engineer—always striving to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
I’m passionate about growing as a leader, whether it’s mentoring engineers to reach their full potential, scaling teams to meet ambitious goals, or driving strategic initiatives that unlock new opportunities. Over the years, I’ve led projects ranging from migrating 20+ data pipelines to AWS (saving millions annually) to optimizing infrastructure and reducing deployment times from days to hours.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me traveling to new destinations, diving into books on leadership and technology, or learning new languages—a hobby that keeps my problem-solving skills sharp and reminds me of the beauty in diverse perspectives.
